Project Life | Week Fourteen

One photo EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. is about more than inspiration or creativity, although I’m loving the artistic challenge and feel so much excitement when I create something I’m truly proud of, or have an experience that blesses my life. Greater than photography or the portfolio I’m creating, I’m keeping a promise to myself, and in the process built trust, confidence, and momentum. Establishing consistency in a simple, small way, has transferred into other areas of my life. I now have a morning routine, I pack my lunch every day, I work-out every day, and I write every day.

Habits are powerful for creating more habits, building self-trust, and establishing comfort!

This week I spent a lot of time walking and exploring outside, stopped at a fountain with the boys that they talk about every time we drive past it, and I participated in a group paint class (where I again established that I’m more artistically talented with a camera than a paint brush). I’m focusing more on work-life balance these days, and I’m proud of the ways I spent time outside of work this week. Little adventures with my kids, a quick hike before going home, dance parties in the kitchen while cooking dinner, and weeknight dates all add up, making my life outside of work feel full and eventful.

I'm an aspiring author exploring the art of writing as an avenue to dive deep into my human experience; to learn, grow, spread light, and inspire others. Together we can live authentically, push ourselves to new heights, face our demons and put them to rest, and live and love without holding back!
